1:1 Coaching

 

Creating optimal health looks different for everyone because we’re all dealing with our own unique set of circumstances. My 1:1 coaching sessions start with a health intake form that will help me to better understand your starting point. I will give you the knowledge base and the tools you need to discover what works best for you and your life. We will focus on health promoting behaviors that will last a lifetime.

What to Expect:

Our initial consultation is 50 Minutes in which we will go over your health history, medical history, dieting history, relationship with food, body image and health concerns. I will provide you with a guided plan at our follow-up meeting which is also 50 minutes in duration. After that, we will meet bi-weekly for 30 minutes to discuss pitfalls and strategies.
